Hi, I’m Andy Peart, founder of Kresco Consulting.
With over 30 years strategic and tactical marketing experience - the last decade in Artificial Intelligence - gained across start-ups, turnarounds and listed companies, I have a history of delivering every aspect of the marketing mix to help build high-growth technology companies.
I now operate as a Marketing Consultant and Interim CMO, building and executing high-impact strategic marketing and tactical go-to-market strategies that help B2B software and AI businesses evolve and grow.
Comfortable taking complex concepts and simplifying them into business-orientated storylines, my experience ranges from developing business positioning and awareness, through building, shaping and owning the brand to defining and implementing creative go to market strategies that drive new customer acquisition and growth.
With a hands-on approach, focus on analysis and key metrics and attention to detail, I develop effective company and product positioning, build and implement effective lead-generation engines that support the sales journey, from early interest through automated nurturing to marketing/sales qualified leads and the ongoing sales support that delivers new business. I also have experience across numerous commercial projects including IPOs, raising finance for M&As and managing the ongoing regulatory investor relations associated with public listed companies.
